Why EvidenceB ?
EvidenceB was created in the wake of recent discoveries which might allow teachers to better pinpoint the learning profiles of each student. Aside from providing assessment support tools, EvidenceB softwares also include learning courses and remedial programs. The aim is to use these digital courses to feed students’ curiosity. It is mainly in concert with cognitive science, artificial intelligence and digital interfaces that EvidenceB develops softwares at the service of school curriculums.
With what ?
EvidenceB provides students and their teachers with core knowledge learning modules which serve two objectives :
- to adjust the learning courses for each student so they can progress at their own pace.
- to provide teachers with dashboards and other tools which can help them differentiate all of their students.
These individualized lessons are made possible through the interconnection of two research fields : cognitive science, which studies how children's brains learn basic knowledge, and artificial intelligence.
Our research broadens the understanding we have of knowledge acquisition and allow us to pinpoint any mental blocks or learning gaps students may have. This personalization is reinforced by an artificial intelligence whose purpose is to allocate, more and more accurately as new courses are being taken, the right lesson to the right student according to their profile.
The Chatbot is a robot with which you can chat thanks to a chat interface. The application starts by proposing a diagnostic test, the result of which makes it possible to orient towards a personalized course, before checking what has been acquired during a final test.
Kidscode is an educational 3D sandbox game. It allows students aged 8 to 15 to take part in discovering and learning workshops designed by the teaching community, whether they play alone or in a group on the same world. These virtual worlds make it possible to discover, in a fun way, coding, mathematics, technology, history and geography or even French. Available in English and French, the learning modules aim to develop, in addition to purely disciplinary skills, other skills such as imagination, creativity and collaboration.
Science for teachers
Our modules constantly implement additional features developed in concert with teachers. EvidenceB wants to provide teachers and their students with the results of its research. The recommendations provided by the artificial intelligence helps to expand the tools they have at their disposal for assessing and personalizing the activities offered to each student. Through dashboards, teachers always have the possibility to follow or not the recommendations of the artificial intelligence, based on the more complete knowledge that they have of their pupils.
